Police should refer to complainants and not 'victims' when investigating rape cases

It turns out that 'believe the victims' a term that should have been left in the dustbin back in the 'Satanic Panic' era has not only reared it's head again, but had the usual unexpected consequences, a rash of unsafe trials.
