Fake News and the Victim-in-Chief

In thread after thread, Trump apologists bray "FAKE NEWS!" This is one of a multitude of examples...

Yet oddly, there hasn't been a thread (that I've noticed, at least) that makes even a semi-serious effort to define what constitutes FAKE NEWS, and cite specific examples of media malfeasance. The purpose of this thread is to give the FAKE NEWS! crowd an opportunity to build a case. Define your criteria. And please cite examples specific to Trump.
