I went there in June on holiday.
Must be an absolute nightmare for conspiracy theorists! Of all museums, I've rarely seen such well educated staff. Standing infront of a huge warped piece of steel from the building one staff member told the gathering crowd in great detail about how the building was designed and how it collapsed. Interestingly enough she explained how it didn't melt but instead lost all of its strength, with this evidenced by how warped it was. Seemed put in there for the CTers among the crowd?
There was a hell of a lot of stuff I never expected to see, such as parts of the plane and documents from the hijackers.
And then, tucked away, right at the end, there is a tiny section explaining that in 2003-09 there were a bunch of people who believed it was all a conspiracy, but were proved wrong by science. What a punch in the teeth that this is all the column space they get.
Have you been there and do you think it would change the minds of any current CTers?
