Problem with credentials

I've got a new PC that I'm gotten set up and now I want to transfer some files to the new PC from the old one. When I try to access the old PC via file explorer, it asks for my "credentials". When I enter user name and password on the old PC, it says they aren't correct. But I KNOW they are correct.

Any idea what is going on?
