The existence of cold water ice covered worlds is proof God doesn't like us much

Thee are several moons and planets and planetoids that are covered with water ice. I will focus on just Pluto. The small planet-like body of land is covered in mountains of ice. H2O ice. So if a kind just loving god existed why is Pluto not where our moon is? Our Moon is a dry desolate wasteland.
