BBC News: New York mayor - 'Thank God this was not an act of terrorism'

The mayor of New York, Bill de Blasio, says the shooting at a hospital in the Bronx borough of New York that killed one and injured six was "not an act of terrorism."

Because obviously one person dead and six injured from terrorism would have been a whole lot worse....
