I see this as a very useful tool to begin the general struggle of generating a tidal force toward the 2018 mid-terms. He is using these cabinet appointments to push an extremist and largely arch-conservative, crony capitalist overlay upon the American political process. Thanks DNC for not pointing out how Crony capitalism nearly destroyed our nation at the turn of the twentieth century in the run up to the last election!)
The democratic party should try to use this process on each of his nominees to not only illustrate why these individuals are wrong and inappropriate wards of our national organizations but why all of the basic ideology and policy positions of these (and others like them) are detrimental to our nation and population.
