Are 9/11 Truthers, Conspiracy Theorists?

I'm always bad with giving good title names, so.

My question is, if 9/11 twoofers can be seen as real Conspiracy Theorists (Illuminati, NWO, FEMA Concentration Camps, Zionism, ect...)? Since most of them only believe that 9/11 was an inside job.
