Great news! Anyone can now apply for a concealed carry handgun permit in our nation's capital.
That's right, anyone can apply and as long as you have no criminal record, you will get your permit.
A Federal judge ruled that D.C.'s May Issue laws were unConstitutional, and the chief of police said they will entertain all permit requests from now on, until an Appeals court overrules the lower ruling.
Guns for everyone!! I'm sure D.C. will now be much safer. :cool:
