Habaneros bred for TASTE!!!!

Latest ((afaik) (March 2015) of Food & Wine magazine has AN ARTICLE ON A SET OF EXPERIMENTS GOING ON TO BREED PEPPERS (INCLUDING - AND HEAVILLY COVERED) THE HABANERO - WHICH IS NORMALLY TOO HOT TO REALLY TASTE FOR MOST PEOPLE. Although going on in a number of places, the Pacific nw seems to be rife with it and related- after five years they are near a commercially sellable version for cultivation that has all the taste but not much of the heat - and the taste is described as great!!! I am looking forward to having some - and then mixing the two tyoes to find the perfect heat/flavor balance!!!!!
