Charges dropped against ‘Catholic Warrior’ caught on video destroying Satanic holiday display



Seems she was "just carrying" the display. Can't see any bias there, can we?

Prosecutors have dropped charges against the self-proclaimed “Catholic Warrior” who had been accused of destroying a Satanic Temple holiday display, citing a lack of evidence, the Tallahassee Democrat‘s Karl Etters reports. Susan Hemeryck was arrested last December after she was caught on video destroying the display. She reported walked up to two Florida Department of Law Enforcement Capitol Police officers and said that she was “sorry, but I have to take this down.” Hemeryck then, in her own words, “yanked that little devil off the fishing line.” Her only regret, she told the Associated Press, was that “I should have just done a better job and finished it off for good.” In January, her lawyer claimed that the case against her “represents the state basically putting an attack on Christians,” but last week prosecutors decided to drop the charges because, they determined, “the defendant is simply carrying the display. No damages are apparent — it is simply disassembled.”
