A few hours ago Orlando area "TV psychic detective" Noreen Renier celebrated her 78th birthday. According to a number of sources who have contacted me she celebrates her 78th while in rapidly declining health. Over the past two years she has undergone medical treatments for both lung cancer and heart ailments. As noted previously, while I'm certainly HIGHLY critical of her paranormal claims, I wish her a comfortable period of recovery.
There are to my knowledge at least nine critical web sites worldwide that cover Noreen Renier and other similar aged psychics, and I understand that even among the most actively viewed there has been a dramatic fall-off for information for those near her age. Daily views have fallen from several thousand a day (during years 1997-2005) to typically fewer than a dozen a day.
This fall-off pattern has occurred very evenly across other "55-75-year old psychics" beyond Ms. Renier such as Carla Baron, Laurie McQuary, Bee Herz, Sunny Dawn Johnston, etc.
So at this time I am encouraging critics who spotlight many of the elderly psychics to consider remixing the spotlight to cover some of the newer 'gifted intuitives' under 40. As part of this effort during the last 30-days several critical sites in the U.S., Japan, and in western Europe are being reformatted or closed. The 'Commentary by Sherlock' website too has closed down --- though it may continue to be found on search engines for a few more days.
Other parties may have additional announcements over the next 30 days.
I'd be interested to know how much the 'StopSylvia.com' (Sylvia Browne) site has seen in viewer drop-off since her death. Robert any info?
