Living socially, we can note that 1.some acts may not be naturally odd but are socially odd OR 2. may not be socially odd but can be naturally odd. Eg. 1.snatching food for need, taking shelter anywhere using force in sex, even logical voilences, 2. opting unhealth tools--pollutions, crowding, addictive substances, most from modern developments and lifestyle etc. Which out of these predominate?
Like: most countries should be having fundamental(also natural,human,logical) Right to Life and liberty (so Right to Health) Then How anyone in the area of other--universely, globly, continently, nationally, interstate, in city, in local area, in home etc. can damage heath of other? If anyone take legally, can it be stopped? Eg. global warming is a universal or global issue. Why it can't be fougt and stopped legally by any one on globe? Pollution is other issue.
