This is in politics for a simple reason, it is the result of Christian Talibanist politics during the 'W' administration.

Our court system is now at least partially Talibanist in and of itself.
And, when we look what happened to SCOTUS, with at least 2 judges in clear conflict of interest not recusing themselves, we can see what's going to keep happening.
This, along with the deficit, is going to be the real legacy of 'W', one that continues to seriously damage the USA until Roberts ages out.
