Here is a list that comes to mind. Many of such degrees are noble interests but not commercial.
1. Art History
2. I'm including Landscape Architect knowing there is some demand but from my own observations there are far too many coming out. They are often very talented people too.
3. The same may be said of Architecture in general.
I've noticed if there is a hit tv show about some profession, kids will flock to it.
Also, after Watergate many journalist majors hit the market.
I am in no way critical of the foregoing groups but if there could be warnings from College advisors it might help.
What do you think, are there more that you can name?
