I returned a bicycle trainer stand to Amazon. It got there last Friday at 11am but wasn't recorded as having been received by the end of the day. I emailed the company that was selling it that evening only to be told on Monday that Amazon handles that. I emailed Amazon asking about the refund and about a minute later I got a weird long distance number that I rejected(I often reject area codes I don't recognize). They called again and I took it. It was Edwin from Amazon and after some kind of description of the issue given they refunded the money and sent an email. I am like wow, I use Amazon a lot but I have never experienced emailing a company and getting immediate response.
Anybody else getting intimate personal calls from Amazon regarding your purchases or is it just me? Think they are trying to hard? I hope they don't stress themselves out too much.
