Dr. Richard Ireland a true psychic??

I friend send me this and I would like to know what you think about this man. I could find hardly any skeptical information. He even demonstrated his psychic abilities on a skeptic show of Steve Allen. Here are the videos:

After viewing the videos of the show where he was with Steve Allen I got the feeling that something is not right and that its just a magic trick but I cannot quite point out what it is. It seems to me that his predictions are quite common or vague to some degree in some places like that someone is pregnant and that he spins around a lot by the things he predicted good.



However I would like to know what you think of it or if there is some kind of magic trick which is similar. Thank you for reading this.
