Hello everyone,
I've been reading reviews about the website, Luminosity, where they tout clinical trials about their product (as does others such as MindSparke, from what I can vaguely recall). My question is, how much of this is true? Are there any realistic "brain gym" programs/websites out there that are closer to established research and science? Is Luminosity a genuine way of improving your mental performance (either dexterity, intelligence etc.), a scam or somewhere in-between?
Thanks in advance.
