I guess it happened yesterday in Scotland. Friends threw petro on the 7 year old boy and lit him with a lighter.
The boy ran down the street engulfed in flames.
Family and neighbors saw it and like 40 people came out to douse him.
Half his clothes burned off and the other half like melted to his body.
The mother became ill and had to be taken in the same ambulance.
The report said they think the kids didn`t know they were handling petrol. But if that`s true, then what`s with the lighters?
