I don't understand why pro choice people think the constitution is on their side.
It seems most of the discussion about the constitution follows the pattern that the constitution is good...and the decision by the other judges that just so happen to make a bad outcome also is the incorrect decision.
I'm pro choice because I'm a good person. The white men of 1789 and 1868 were probably bad people....and wrote a document that was aligned with their bad ideas.
I don't understand why there isn't more, "the conservatives made the correct decision on Roe because the constitution is bad." There seems way too much blind acceptance that the constitution aligns with what the person wants.
