I saw a post about 528Hz being the 'love frequency' on FB, and assumed it was pseudo-scientific rubbish.
However, a little digging has revealed that there may be something to this.
Briefly, the idea is that certain frequencies can produce measurable effects on the human body. Listening to music with those frequencies can aid sleep, reduce stress etc. but there are also claims it can affect UV light absorption, slow the heart rate and produce other tangible and measurable benefits.
I am not a scientist, I have no scientific background beyond the knowledge gained by an enthusiastic amateur, so I would welcome feedback from our more knowledgeable members.
Is there anything to this, or is it just claptrap?
