It would appear that SETI@home has reached a critical point and no longer needs the input from millions of worldwide volunteers. They say that they have so much data that, as of 31 March 2020, they need to stop getting more and just look at what they have. Perhaps they should think about creating some software to collate and interpret that data and let people volunteer their computer time to run it. They could call the META@home.
