From all accounts it appears that people under 30, or in that area, are going to be voting at a much higher rate. Some might even say historic.
Generally this helps the Dems, but I have no doubts it crosses the aisle.

So the question is, does this really help Dems and does all of this motivate everyone even more? Who's going to see the biggest boost if this actually comes to fruition?
