China Bus Plunge: Whose Fault?

So, whose fault?

• The bus company for not providing a physical barrier for the driver
• The passenger, for hitting him whilst he was driving
• The driver, for failing to let the woman get off at her stop by driving on
• The woman, for expecting him to stop on the middle of a bridge
• The driver for acting vindictively by failing to stop for the woman and then hitting back and swerving
• The third party driver coming towards them.
• All of these
• None of these (please state why not).
