Oklahoma kid arrested after driving 208mph on highway

Well he's 19 years old but I'm calling him a kid. I'm having trouble believing that his 2011 Ford Mustang really did reach 208 miles per hour.

It would be nice to see a detailed followup article explaining his car and how the cops got an accurate speed measurement.
