Iranians shocked as Koran reciter faces child sex abuse claims

I remember several years ago watching a BBC documentary covering several cases similar to this in England, the thing that stood out was the tremendous social pressures placed on the victims to not come forward and their families and the ostracism they were subjected to when they did.
