How many states just lost their bulwark against total Republican control?

We did in MO by electing Greitens. Our local Repukicans have already said they want MO to be the next Kansas, so there's no way to stop them now. Once they destroy the tax structure there's no way to restore it, thanks to the Hancock Amendment.
