Wow, the perfect intersection of so many issues from last year. Groups made such a stink about arbitration in TPP and here is their nightmare scenario.
Of course, if the US did capriciously stop a foreign business for political gain, they should pay the restitution or exist as a trade pariah. You can't have it both ways.
