Gallup: NRA more Popular than Obama

Don't worry, progressives: I'm using a right-wing source, so you can safely ignore the poll results.

From The Hill, via JWF:

Nearly six in 10 Americans, 58 percent, say they have a favorable view of the NRA, while 35 percent hold an unfavorable one, according to the latest Gallup poll released Thursday.

One more twist of the partisan knife:

To be fair, Obama’s approval has ticked up slightly since we first noted this, probably as a result of him being on vacation. His latest whining about guns will probably drive that down again. Now he’s threatening members of his own party that don’t support his gun confiscation efforts. Just pathetic.
