Ack, I need help!
A common way to determine the origins of meteorites is to measure the isotopic composition and compare it to that for known places within the solar system. For example, meteorites that originate on Mars are easily identified by their oxygen isotope ratios (using both 17O and 18O). You could also use 15N content, since the Viking landers found that Mars nitrogen is highly enriched in 15N compared to terrestrial samples, but O is apparently easier.
Here's where I need help: I'm looking for a source that summarizes the standard isotope ratios (13C, 15N, 17,18O, 34S etc) for various solar system locations (Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Sun, comets?). Basically, if I had a meteorite and did an isotopic analysis and found all these isotope ratios, is there a table I could look to to see which source it agrees with best?
I had found one a couple of years ago, but I haven't been able to find it again. I can find results for a given element, but I hate to have to dig through it all and tabulate it myself, considering that someone who knows a lot more about it than I do has already done it. I know the table I had last time also had Ar on it (because Venutian argon is seriously different than that on earth)
Can anyone help?
