If an EO is used to require bkgd checks for all gun transfers, I wonder how it will be worded? Will it only cover sales, or any and all transfers? Will it be as overly strict as the one passed in WA which could land a person in prison for residing in an apartment with a gun owning roommate? Maybe it will simply define a gun show and require bkgd checks for any transfer at the gun show.
