Most Muslims want to eradicate all Jews?

Can someone tell me if there is more to this video than what is said? Basically it is a muslim woman at a college, who gets asked whether or not she supports hezbollah or hamas. She wont answer the question straight up, and then the speaker asks if she agreed when the leader of hezbollah said he wants all jews in one spot so they do not have to be hunted down all over the world and she agreed. Her answer was just unexpected to me, given that Islam is supposedly a "religion of peace", but yet here she is calling for the eradication of all jews. Thoughts? Is it in the Koran or something that all jews must die?
