Obama's goal was never good race relations.
From his first month he sided with The new Black Panthers and has used every occasion to divide blacks against police beginning with the Henry Louis Gates incident when he called Cambridge police "stupid" before knowing any facts.
Obama is also a bigot. On full display throughout his tenure is the fact that Obama is a racist and an anti-Semite.
In Obama's mind he did not fail because he was striving for division and has been successful.
Obama's policies have harmed blacks more than any other group, based on income, net worth, education, employment, crime, home ownership and national image.
He is also gay, a muslim and he hates America.
