...along with "the Attorney General of the United States, the Secretary of Education and any other federal official liable to impeachment who has exceeded his or her constitutional authority with respect to the letter referenced in this resolution".
Oh, what letter are they referencing? That would be the one where they instruct schools not to discriminate against transgendered students. Who is doing this? Why the totally not insane Oklahoma legislature.

You see they ain't really insane they just inject so much pure crazy into their veins that they do crazy things. Like banning Sharia Law, making abortion illegal, banning the EPA, etc.
So what does this really all mean? Well it seems that they don't teach civics in Oklahoma (along with anything else other than "super white Jesus is awesome and loves the Sooners") and they seem to think the Federal government doesn't have the right to refuse giving them money for education.
Their "logic" is that since the constitution doesn't specify powers for the federal government over education then they have no right to interfere with Oklahoma's right to make transsexual students pee in bushes right after their school's offensive line beats the crap out of them. Their notion that the federal government is obligated to give them education money even if they are totally violating the **** out of student's civil rights is certainly novel especially considering part of their argument is that the federal government has no right to be doing anything about education anyways.
So, I'm sure you're wondering, how does the Oklahoma legislature impeach everyone in two of the executive branches along with some Kenyan Muslim Atheist who usurped the Presidency? Well, obviously they can't. A fact I'm sure that took them by surprise when the one literate member on their staff (an intern named Timmy who immigrated in from Connecticut) actually read some stuff and informed them that states kind of can't do that. Well, they surely figured out a way around that, instead they decided to simply make it so that members of the House of Representatives that happen to be from Oklahoma are "required" to introduce the articles of impeachment. Unfortunately Timmy had already been sent to Red Robin to get their lunch so he wasn't around to read more stuff and tell them they can't actually do that too.
