Yes, I have attempted to research this. Either I am incompetent (highly likely), or I received the wrong information.
Recently I heard that there is a new procedure for examining the brain that is advanced from MRI's. If this is the case, I would like to learn more.
20 months ago my then-8 year old granddaughter was taken by helicopter to a hospital when she had a massive brain bleed. Surgery showed she had an anachroid cyst on her brain, and had bumped that part of her head while swimming.
Now on heavy medication for seizures, the medications are turning her life into living hell. Not only am I interested in new procedures, but would like to learn about how the brain develops in children, in an attempt to ascertain how it will effect her as she grows.
