Much panic ensued when some TV-watching mom tied the symbol to something on a crime program, so it's clearly true.
What struck me is that Australasia's largest ice-cream company uses the exact same symbolism:
My guess is that either Streets are actively encouraging paedophilia or the idea is bunkum. I'll vote for the latter.
