So, here's my situation.
My wife has a Galaxy Note 3 with a cracked outer screen. She's gotten two repair estimates so far in the $300 range, which is on par with the cost of a refurbished, "unlocked" Note 3.
We have a two-year contract with USCellular. Does anyone know a: if it's possible to buy a refurbished / unlocked phone to use, and b: if so, what I need to look for in order to make sure the phone will work under the contract?
