For some reason, this upsets me more then most GOP antics. I would like to hear the excuses why not one prominent GOP leader, despite being invited did not attend the Selma march anniversary.
The only reason I can think of is they do not want to upset the racist contigent in their party.
If this is indicative of How the GOP thinks of African Americans, then I predict if they do win the White House in 2016, we will see a period of unrest in this country on the scale of what happened in the 1960's.
