Anyone know who or what is behind the "Australian National Review"?

I spotted at a newsagent today a publication called the "Australian National Revew", it looks like a newspaper, but the front page articles read like any number of conspiracy magazines, (eg, "The Rothschilds own everything (Including ISIS)", "The CIA shot the Russian Opposition Leader", etc etc.).



Has anyone else encountered it before? And as the title says, who or more precisely what is behind it? Lydon LaRouche, Falun Gong, Alex Jones.....
