My two favorites are HMS Victory and the Iowa-class BBs.
I've never seen Victory live but she represent the Age of Sail for me. Power, presence, a stately elegance.
The Iowas were the peak of the Age of the Gun. Other ships were bigger, faster, more "elegant", but the Iowas out-served them all. I've been on Missouri, and New Jersey. Wisconsin is on my bucket list, it's been a looong time since I sailed through Hampton Roads and talked with the ghost of Thomas ap Catesby Jones.
