Sorry I couldn't embed the video. Basically its about a guy serving a life sentence for marijuana possession (third offense) in Missouri. Basically the governor is agreeing to consider his case for a possible sentence reduction. He's been in prison since 1993.
Oh... he's white, so it doesn't fit the recent racial discrimination issue (don't get me wrong, the meme has a point, I'm just saying this doesn't fit).
Seriously... 12-13 years down the tubes already for nothing but pot.
