This program has been said to effect regional weather by creating holes in the ionosphere which can (?) effect regional weather conditions at areas around the Earth. The current weather pattern over the eastern U.S. with its record cold and snow has been said to be caused by such HAARP experiments. Is this possible or just some wild speculation by dooms-dayers?
Anyone hear of some info that supports the HAARP's effect on local/regional weather conditions or is this "effect" of HAARP use just speculation?
