Awhile back, someone I know posted a link to this video on Facebook. I don't know all the terms the "therapist" is using, but I did look up Meridian Tracing and a couple others. He's obviously using some woo-woo, but I wonder if there is anything legit going on at all.
I notice that for shin splints, he jams his hand into the patient's side. At 2:20, for example, when he starts working the girl's leg up and down, you hear a substantial crunching sound. What is that?!?
Also, try freeze-framing it around 1:33 or 1:34. The therapist's fingernails are hideously infected, Paronychia maybe? Ick!
This guy claims to treat, and is endorsed by, Olympic athletes. I'm just curious if there is any real treatment going on here, particularly when he jams his hand into their side, or is it just some kind of distraction that dulls the pain impulses from their shins?
The video is about 5 minutes long, but you do get to look at some young bodies of both sexes, so it ought to please at least half of ya.
