I dont think its right that they get appointed.
I don`t think it`s right only 9 people, with a possible 5-4 split, can tell over 300,000,000 people what to do.

Also, they are an equal branch of the govt, and have certain powers over the Executive branch, yet the Executive branch is doing what it pleases, so it seems.
Like Obamacare, the Supreme Court goes along with it by calling it a tax. And it goes deeper than just that, like how changes were made after the Supreme Court allowed it under the premise everyone`s health insurance would go down like $2,500 a year.
