The universe is one single entity, it is the only single entity that exists, everything else being a fraction of this entitiy, everything else being without identity. For something to truly exist, it must be everlasting and the universe, the one single entity is the only everlasting entity.
In the beginning the universe existed as a singularity, one uniform unit of energy, then it expanded. It expanded into an infinite number of forms, sizes shapes. these shapes are surrounded by space, but that does not mean they are seperate entities. there is nothing that states that just because a shape is surrounded by space (dark matter) that is thus is a separate entity, this is an illusion created by the human mind, and to understand the universe, one must rid itself of illusions.
The universe is one thing. A hydrogen atom on this side of the universe is identical to one on the other side of the universe, identical down to the last detail. Now for something to be absolutely identical means that it is not a seperate entity, that it is part of a whole. A hydrogen atom may be separated by what appears to be empty space (dark matter) but this does not mean it is an isolated individual entity.
The universe is one single entity and is connected. Quantum mechanics shows that a spin of an electron here, effects the spin of an electron there. Even if there means billions of light years away. Quantum theory is full of proof that the universe is completely and utterly connected.... It is connected because it is just one single entity. the only single entity that exists, a single connected entity made up of and infinite array of individual parts,,, yes they seem to be separated by space, and again, this does in no way mean that they are separate.
You and I are part (a fraction) of the universe. We can be nothing else as everything is basically part of the universe.
We are entities that the universe created, just like it created everything you see around you. But we are still just fractions of this one energy, all completely and utterly connected to the whole.
Our minds, our brains were created by the force of this one expanding energy, just like the energy creates suns, and rocks and planets, it created our minds. But our mind is still just a part of the universe.

the single energy of the universe shows itself in many different forms.....light, uv, heat,,,etcc
But this energy also shows itself into another form....consciousness. The energy that flows through your mind is called consciousness. It is you, and since you are thinking now, you feel that you, your body, your mind are separate from the universe around you. But you are not.
You were created from the one energy, and you return to the one energy.....and everything else in between,,,,,is still the one energy...Your body is connected to everything around it. It brings in air, and it breathes out air. Molecules which were an intimite part of who you were are blown out into the air. You could not exist without the sun in which you evolved, or for long without the planet in which you evolved on.
When you do what is called eating,, you are taking the universe into your body and it becomes who you are....the spinach you ate,,, or the muscle tissue from that cow....all that ultimately came from the energy of the universe,,,,goes deep into your body and becomes you.
To think that you are not the universe is the grandest of illusions. Your birth and your ultimate death tell the real tale.....of your forming from seemingly nothing ,,,,, and your ultimate return to nothing when you die.
Although, nothing does not exist. There is no such thing as nothing. Everything, including what appears to be empty space(dark matter) is really the one entity called the universe.
The universe exists as one single energy, expanded but still very much connnected. You and I are very much apart of this one unit and thus we are all connected. You, the reader and me the writer are completely and utterly connected.
This is not hippy talk or sugar cube folly,,,,it is the real and ultimate truth, .
The universe divides itself into an infinite number of forms and shapes. One of these shapes is called a human being. The human being has a mind which was created by the universe. This mind uses energy and this energy is called consciousness.
the universe experiences itself, and give existence to itself by the use of consciousness. The universe cannot experience itself as one entity, but can only experience itself as separate entities,,,one at a time. The seperate entities are conscious entities in the form of the human mind, or any other conscious entity that exists.
There are an infinite number of conscious entities in the universe and the universe experiences itself individualy in each an every one of them. It experiences itself from every angle and every perspective. From simple minds like the readers here who can't understand what I am saying,,,to more advanced minds. from insects to pigs, to humans, to fruit flies... On every planet that has life in the universe and there are an infinite number of them. The universe experiences itself infinitely everywhere.
But it is still the one energy doing the experiencing. When you were born you started experiencing. When you were a child you reveled in the universe,,,every sight and sound was amazing to you. And you were doing what you were bought here to do. You glorified in the universe. as you got older, your mind glorified less as you accumulated memories of past events and you began to see the universe for what it is.... a long series of cycles that repeat again and again. People are born,,,they grow, they go to school, they marry, they have children, they earn money, they get old and they die. Everything in the universe repeats for ever and every and our memories grow tired of this repitition.
And thus we die. But death being the end of all existence is another grand illusion. It is exactly saying the universe will end forever.
What will happen to you when you die is exactly what happened to you when you were born. Both are the same. Since you, the universe, can only experience while conscious, and since you, the universe, are this one immortal energy, you cannot stop experiencing. You are sentenced to experience for an eternity, and it will be one conscious entity (however temporary) at a time. Each life completely new, each birth the very first.
