Getting Firefox to dl blocked file

So today I wanted to download a file, but when the "this file is new or unknown" security popup window appeared, I accidentally hit "cancel download", and so every time I try to dl the file FF cancels the download. I've looked for ways to undo this but found nothing. Any advice :) ?
