Cosmos: Tyson refers to Theory of Evolution just like Theory of Gravity

About 39 minutes in Tyson compared (trying to make a functional point about Evolution being real) the Theory of Evolution being just as real as the Theory of Gravity. Unfortunately, (and I assume most here are aware of this): a Theory of something in Science is a statement that a thing works and how it works but a Law is a statement that identifies/quantifies a thing (many Laws of physics are specific mathematical formulae) but does not explain how it works (we do not, for example yet know HOW gravity works so we only have a Law of gravity. We know how evolution works, but cannot quantify it so we have a Theory of evolution.........
