Strange murder case and acquittal

Summary: Identical twins get into fight (and I do mean fight, with hair pulling, etc.) while driving on the Hana Highway on Maui, a narrow winding road along a cliff above the ocean. The car goes off the road and over the cliff, the twin driving survives, the passenger who was apparently attacking the driver dies, and the driver is charged with murder (acquitted in a non-jury trial). The prosecution's case seems to have been based on some rather flimsy evidence that the driver intentionally drove off the road.

IMO, had the driver died and the passenger survived, there would have been a clear-cut case for murder, or at least manslaughter, but as it played out, I think the acquittal was correct. Given the apparently vicious attack on the driver, I'm not really sure how, barring a confession, you could prove intent on the part of the driver.

Best web site host?

Looking for a best bang for the buck free/inexpensive site that will host AND have good built-in tools, editors etc to help me build a site for someone. Nothing fancy, a few pages and one where people can buy stuff off of. It's music related so also want to have a place where you can click to listen to songs I upload. So far looks like you can't get that for free, which is OK, long as pricing is modest.

Currently using webs.com which is OK, even the free version gives you a good site naming scheme (whatyouwant.webs.com)...but to sell more than a small number of items it's $23/mo.

Wix.com has a better price ($17/mo) but holy hell the workflow sucks worse than a cheap hooker.

Others you've used or heard good things about?

Email issue, idiot level assistance needed,

Ok guys, I am not even sure how to put my computer problem into words...but I will try

My old computer died... now I used to be able to access my emails on my mobile device and also on my computer. The computer was a permanent record and if I read that first then I couldn't view them in my mobile devices.

Since the new computer I can still view them by logging into my account at the servers but I not only have lost all my prior messages( which I had imagined were somehow on the server permanently) BUT, and this is the biggie for me, I can't work out how to download them so they vanish off my mobile devices.
I can't delete them on my phone for example as then they are gone for good but my poor phone is now full as.....

Can some clever person please help me, but do so in plain English, I totally acknowledge my lack of any form of computer ability...:):):)

No more 'Walk On Girls' or 'Grid Girls'?

I recommend this video, but I realize that not everyone can watch or prefers another format.

If you're unfamiliar with these terms, "walk on girls" were pretty young ladies usually clad in swimwear or a mini dress or something like that who would escort the players out in professional darts and present trophies to the winners (it's now a popular spectator sport in the UK for those who didn't know). "Grid girls" likewise played a similar role in Formula One racing.

Now, in fairly short succession both of these sports have decided to end the practice, and the women who played these roles are out of a job. Feminists and apparently broadcasters like the BBC had pushed for this because they felt the roles sexualized and objectified women. I suppose you could say the same thing about cheerleaders in American sports.

For my music theory project, I need to re-order many series, over and over again, according to the same scheme.

Items are ordered numbered 0 through 11, but it could be 1 through 12.

The number in slot 0 stays in slot 0.
1 stays at 1.
What's in slot 2 goes to slot 3.
3 goes to 7
4 goes to 2
5 stays at 5
6 goes to 11
7 goes to 10
8 stays at 8
9 goes to 4
10 goes to 9
11 goes 6
