Hurricane Harvey Aiming For Texas

Strengthening Harvey forecast to slam Texas coast as first major hurricane in U.S. since 2005

Harvey rapidly intensified Thursday morning in the central Gulf of Mexico, and it officially became a hurricane early in the afternoon.
