Painted Bunting

I saw a Painted Bunting pair today at my neighbor's feeder. I've seen the females before but this is the first time I've seen the male. He was really gorgeous! I got pics but they didn't turn out well on my antiquated cell phone. I reported my sighting to Cornell and SC's Fish and Game bird conservation department. I'm so excited to have these beautiful birds literally in my back yard. :D
